Office Manager

I love our patients. They are an extension of my family. I love working for Drs’ Van Derhei: they are outstanding and do amazing work. And I love our amazing team, too, as everyone helps each other out so we can all focus on our patients’ comfort and smiles. I make sure our office runs smoothly and efficiently so the team can exceed patient expectations at every visit. I assist with patient care, work at our front desk, handle accounts payable and receivable, and marketing for the practice, too. I keep busy, but I’m never too busy for a quick chat and to answer questions.  I have been a part of this dental team since 2005 and working with Dr. Wenona and Dr. Pat is such a blessing.  I truly can't tell you how much fun it is to come into the office every day and work with such an amazing team. In 2019, I received my Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management.  In 2022, I received my Master of the American Association of Dental Office Management. Currently, Enrolled to receive my DAADOM (Diplomat).  I am extremely proud to work with such amazing doctors and an amazing team.

I’m a huge animal lover, with a house full of fun and fur. I have a Street Glide Harley Davidson, which I have named "Blue Cheese" and I ride as much as I possibly can for relaxation. I’m a Wisconsin Cheesehead who is true to my Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Bucky. Additionally, I’m a certified scuba diver and enjoy doing stained glass and other crafting when I can find a free moment or two.

Scheduling Coordinator

I love that I get to interact with patients and office staff.  The thing I love most about our office is that everyone in the office works well together and everyone is always ready to help in anyway.  I began my field in dentistry in 1998 as a Dental Assistant and love the new challenges of working in the front scheduling our patients.  I love working for VIP Family Dentistry and have been a part of this amazing team since 2016.  I am a native of Georgia and love spending time with my husband Rusty & son, Zachary.  In my free time I love to do crafts and watch movies.

Insurance and Billing Coordinator

I enjoy getting to know our patients and working with our awesome team here at VIP Family Dentistry.  I have been in the dental field since 2005 and I love working with patients to educate them and help them to achieve their most beautiful smiles!

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two girls.  I also enjoy running marathons and watching Clemson football.  My favorite pastime is hanging out with our two miniature Schnauzers!

Dental Hygienist

I enjoy developing relationships and often friendships with my patients. We chat during their visits, sharing stories about our lives and interests. Those conversations create a bond and help me learn how I can help each person improve their oral health. I focus on making sure patients feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. While cleaning their teeth, I teach them about their dental health. Together, we find ways to improve their home care, so they can keep their smile healthy. I have been with VIP Family Dentistry since 2005.

I’ve been happily married since 2007. We have four children who keep us on our toes. When I’m not working, I enjoy crafting projects and love time with my family.

I enjoy getting to know my patients during their appointments and developing relationships with them.  I also love helping people feel good about their smile.  I enjoy being part of a professional and caring team who valve our patients and who are passionate about providing excellent care in a friendly welcoming environment.  I have been with VIP Family Dentistry since 2008 working parttime and now working full time.  In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and three children.  A good portion of my time is spent cheering them on in their various extracurricular activities.  I also like to take on DIY projects and my favorite place to get away would be the beach.

Dental Hygienist

I enjoy helping each of my patients achieve their best, healthiest, and happiest smile. It’s important for people to understand the connection between oral and overall health, so I spend a lot of time educating patients. I take my patients’ health history and necessary X-rays and clean their teeth. While doing so, I educate each person about their specific oral health. We talk about ways they can improve their home dental hygiene and keep their smile in great shape.  I have been with VIP Family Dentistry since 2013.

I love spending my free time with my husband, Sean, and two girls, Sophie and Sylvie and our son Sean Jr.  We enjoy being outside, planting flowers in the yard, playing with our cat, Olaf, and grilling out with friends.

I enjoy establishing patient rapport and pride myself on caring for all my patients in a warm and anxiety-free environment.  I consider all my patients as family.  I graduated from Lanier Technical College in June 2005 with a degree in dental hygiene.  One of my biggest reasons for joining the dental hygiene filed stemmed from my desire to educate my patients on how to create and maintain a healthy smile. In my spare time. I love to just being at home with my husband, son , daughter and twin girls

My favorite aspect about being a dental hygienist is helping educate patients to improve their overall oral health.  I graduated from Lanier Technical College in Oakwood, GA in 2014.  When I am not at the office cleaning those beautiful teeth, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children.

I have been with VIP Family Dentistry since 2016. I am from Reno, NV.  Moved to GA with my husband.  In my spare time I love to spend time with family and friends.  My husband and our Son. Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

I am a graduate of the University of North Georgia's Dental Assisting Program.  I wanted to get into the dental field because I enjoy the various tasks a dental assistant can perform and the fact that every patient comes with a unique situation.  I am lucky to be a part of fixing that smile and watching their faces light up.  I received my Expanded Duties Dental Assistant Certificate in February 2022.

In my spare time, I love to spend time with my husband and my young daughter.  Family time is very important to me, so spending as much time possible with family and friends is the best!  I have quickly grown to love my work family at VIP Family Dentistry as well. Can't wait to meet everyone.

It's a pleasure to be apart of patient's journeys to a healthy, beautiful smile.  When patient's are happy, I'm happy.  VIP Family Dentistry is my second home.  I love working with the amazing doctors and co-workers.  I have been with VIP Family Dentistry since April 2024.  I am looking forward to growing and learning with VIP Family Dentistry.  I can not wait to meet all the wonderful patients.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends.  I am a nature person and love being outdoors with my cat, Luna.  I am always finding ways to promote self growth.

I am a Dental Assistant certified through the University of North Georgia's program, which I attended in June 2023.  I have always had a passion for helping people feel good and all better about themselves: one's smile is a huge factor in that confidence.  I hope to grow in my expertise and knowledge in this field at VIP Family Dentistry.  I am so Thankful to have been welcomed into this amazing team/family we have here at VIP Family Dentistry.

In my spare time, I enjoy going on walks and hikes at the park, swimming, and hanging with my family and friends.  My favorite type of vacation, has to be going to the beach.  Though, during the cold months, I go on a lot of ski trips with family.
